Returns

If you wish to return an item, we offer a 21-day return period from the date of delivery. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that we do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items, final sale items, or items marked as non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 9-10 business days to process. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the refund amount will exclude any applicable restocking fees, if applicable.

Exchanges

  • The item(s) differ from the original in any manner, unless the condition is our fault.
  • The item(s) are missing their original tags.

International Returns
